Mechanical Fastening

In order to secure roofing membranes against wind suction forces they can be mechanically fastened.

Mechanical fastening is appropriate for all roofs, e.g. flat roofs, pitched roofs, green roofs, as well as for all types of substrates, because there are special fasteners for all various substrates and thicknesses.

• Sheet Metal Roofs

  Suitable products: KÖSTER TPO 1.2/1.5/1.8/2.0/2.0 F/2.0 F (FR), KÖSTER ECB 2.0/ECB 2.0 F

• Concrete Substrate (C12/15)

  Suitable products: KÖSTER TPO 1.2/1.5/1.8/2.0/2.0 F/2.0 F (FR), KÖSTER ECB 2.0/ECB 2.0 F

• Wood Substrate

  Suitable products: KÖSTER 2.0 F, KÖSTER ECB 2.0

Fastening of the membrane can be done in the overlap area with individual fasteners, as line fastening with the KÖSTER connection profile, or as field fastening through induction welding.
